Jakub Horák is not only a successful author, but also a lover of Nepal, where he returns regularly every year. In his talk he will give an insight into his latest journey – the quest for peace, spirituality and Buddhist monks living alone in the mountains. As Jakub says: “Journeys to Nepal are spiritual paths, whether you think so or not. Nepal simply has something deep in itself. And I claim it’s not just those high mountains and the white clouds above them. It tells you something about your inner self.” In addition to this, you can also enjoy short reading from his new book, a yet unpublished sequel to his political satire Cats are cast.
